To make bicycling in Napa safe, convenient and pleasant

WHO WE ARE

The NCBC is a non-profit bicycle advocacy group seeking to improve the health and quality of life of residents of Napa County by promoting bicycling for transportation and recreation.

WHAT WE DO

We promote a bicycle and pedestrian friendly Napa County through facility implementaion, policy changes, education and the encouragement of bicycling and walking for all its residents.

OUR MEMBERSHIP

We seek to build a broad based membership comprised of cyclists, alternative transportation advocates, students, parents, schools, health advocates, pedestrian groups, non-profits, government, environmental groups, and businesses.

OUR VISION FOR NAPA COUNTY

We envision a Napa County where anyone can get on a bike and ride safely and comfortably to their desired destination and upon arrival have access to bicycle storage and parking facilities. We envision safe roadways that accommodate all users-cyclists and pedestrians. We envision accessible bike trails everywhere and bike lanes on every major street. We envision a cultural shift that embraces alternative transportation as a way of life, improving our overall health, creating a healthier planet, and building active and engaged communities.
